Not personally into MCing or producing at this point in time, but I do write occasionally and have hopes of learning the art of DJing.
Some favorite artists: WU-TANG CLAN and the whole Wu fam, Killarmy, Sunz of Man, MF DOOM, Pete Rock & CL Smooth, Bone Thugs, Warcloud aka Holocaust, Tribe Called Quest and many others. All the way down to Curtis Mayfield, Marvin Gaye, The Main Ingredient, Bjork.

anybody know how to use a MPD in the Grand Rapids area?
picked me up a MPD24 about a month ago but I still can't hardly record with the thing and internet videos don't help much.
anybody wanna kick it with a dude and school me on the science??
I just do this for fun now and then in my free time, nothing serious - but it'd be cool to get the basics down so I can use it freely without any limitations.
